Lifetime deal terms and fair use
If you bought startzero.money with a one-time payment on a marketplace or from us directly, these terms explain what “lifetime” includes.
What “lifetime” means
Access for the lifetime of the startzero.money product, not the lifetime of the buyer. If we ever close the product, we will give at least number days’ notice and a way to export your data.
Tiers and stacking
Each code unlocks a tier. You can stack up to three codes on one workspace; each extra code moves you up one tier. Tier limits (projects, team seats and monthly AI credits) are shown on the pricing page at the time you redeem, and we will not reduce them for your tier.
AI credits
Your tier includes a set number of AI credits each month. Credits reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over. Extra credits and bring-your-own-key may be offered separately.
Fair use
Lifetime plans are for your own business or your clients’ projects within your tier limits. Automated or abusive use that goes far beyond normal founder use, such as scripted mass generation, may be rate-limited after we contact you.
Future features
New features that fit your tier are included. Some new add-ons, especially ones with ongoing costs to us, may be offered as optional paid extras.
Refunds
Refunds follow the policy of the marketplace you bought from, within its refund window (check the marketplace’s current terms). Direct purchases: your refund window days. When a code is refunded, its licence switches off and your tier adjusts to the codes you still have.
Codes
A code can be redeemed once. After redemption it is tied to that workspace and cannot be transferred. Lost your code? Contact support@startzero.money with your order number.
